Northbound on 3rd Avenue at 3rd Street, Minnesota license 758 XLP was parked in the bike lane. I called 911 on the offending vehicle; the driver moved during the call and another vehicle, Midwest Star Taxi #5322, Minnesota license 864 KAA, parked in the bike lane, then also moved during the call. Then, Viking Taxi Cab #5208, Minnesota license beginning 322, parked in the bike lane and crosswalk; I had words with the driver. Then, Continental Taxi Cab #3690, Minnesota license 732 NLN parked in the bike lane and crosswalk; I had words with the driver. As I left the intersection to go back home, I spotted a bike cop and stopped to have a conversation with them about the problem outside Rick's Cabaret and the unethical position of the Rick's management as regards the problem.
