parking in the bike lane x3 inc. outside rick's cabaret and by two minneapolis police cars

Northbound on 3rd Avenue just north of 5th Street, two Minneapolis Police Department squad cars, numbers 2201 and 113, were parked in the bike lane. I noticed that up ahead at 3rd Avenue and 3rd Street, a vehicle whose license I didn't catch was parked in the bike lane outside Rick's Cabaret, so I stopped and asked the officer at the wheel of the second offending squad car to intervene, which they did. Legend has if you take a bike ride through the downtown of Minneapolis on a cool spring night, you can still hear me giggling about it to this day.
