parking in the bike lane/crosswalk x3/x2 + successful education x2 outside of rick's cabaret

Northbound on 3rd Avenue at 3rd Street, Minnesota license LM5795 parked in the bike lane and the crosswalk simultaneously outside of Rick's Cabaret. I spoke to the driver, who moved their vehicle. As I walked north to have a conversation with another vehicle (whose license I didn't catch) parked in the bike lane, one of the delightful and professional bouncers at Rick's hollered some abuse at me down the sidewalk (they've gotten rather used to seeing me hanging about the door of their shop). I headed back south on 3rd Street, then came back a few minutes later to find another vehicle, Minnesota license LM5577 was parked in both the crosswalk and the bike lane. I spoke with the driver, who moved.
